ING No closing cost Mortgage until April 30, 2006
ING just announced that any mortgages that are committed to between now and April 30, 2006 will have NO closing costs. This could be a potential to save nearly $400 as the lowest I’ve seen so far is ditech.com with their $397 flat fee closing cost loans.
ING Direct is well known for having rates that meet or beat the rest of the market on their savings accounts. That combined with no closing costs on a home loan could be an excellent deal.
