Festival of Frugality

Punny Money put up what I think is the best festival I’ve ever seen.  If you are familiar with festivals at all, you really must stop in if for no other reason than to see what he did.  A Penny Saved participated in this weeks festival of frugality, yep that’s two festivals in one week.  I’m on a roll. ;)   Be sure to check out the festival and read the frugal tips that it contains.
