Mr. Bill Ford:
During the depression the first car I can rember is the Model A Ford
I believe you could build a ELECTRIC-WORK-CAR. Most folks don't drive more than 20 miles each way and I know that we are able to make electric cars which will travel 150 miles plus. My suggestion is to build an ATV type
car, all electric for the work car at a price under ten thousand. It
will look similar to the ATV's with a canvas top and snapon sides, yet
it is road worthy with tail and headlights and directionals. Speed on open road would be about 55 mph. I believe Mr. Ford said he would put a Ford in every garage. Golf carts charge overnight, so can this one; the thought is to get one in every home. Slow down on the gas powered and go to the work cars and setting new rules in the citys and highways. People must change their habits also; We have to become a gas-free work force. Leave the gas guzzlers for extended travel.
