		<description>Been there, got the t-shirt. A job where the pay doesn't keep pace with inflation year after year is not a place to stay IMHO. One year may be ok, but several in a row is why I left my last job (well, not the only reason, but lack of pay was a big one).</description>

		<description>"loosing 0.5-1.5% over last year" ? Man...that employee evaluation software must really suck. I am pretty sure the management knows that the software sucks...so may be they are just trying to piss people off work. Keep an eye on the situation.</description>
