		<description>I thought the rule about maintaining a total credit card balance of 30% (or less) of your total credit limit was key.  This means that you shouldn't cancel cards, even if you're not using them, because it will reduce your total credit limit.  This is a mistake I've seen people make time and time again.</description>

		<description>The buying late model (3 months plus) tip is huge, especially for PC equipment.  My PC is 4 years old, but I just bought a new Processor and Video Card which updated it to a PC that can play the lastest video games at the highest video quality, all for under $300.</description>
