A Penny Saved

Income is great.  Without it, we wouldn’t have any money to spend on the things we need.  Like housing, transportation, food, iPods.  Well, maybe not iPods.

Unfortunately, most of us make our income the old fashioned way.  We earn it.  We go to work every day and work our 8,9,10 or more hours and at the end of the month we get a check.  Some of us are lucky enough to have a job where that check meets all of our needs.  But we still have to work.

Wouldn’t it be nice to not have to work?  Or to only work when you wanted to?

That’s where passive income comes in.  Passive income is income that, once it is set up, you do a very minimal amount of work for a rather large amount of income.  Do you see where I’m going with this yet?  That’s right.  Given enough passive income, we could quit our jobs.

We could do what we want to do and live how we want to live.  All we have to do is create passive income.  That’s why.
