Postal thieves stealing eBay packages
Skip McGrath has an interesting bit of news about a ring of thieves that was arrested in the Seattle area sometime last weekend.
They were following the US Mail trucks. Whenever the mailman dropped off a package on some one’s front porch, the thieves would swoop in and grab the package as soon as the mailman was out of sight.
That’s scary. As an eBay seller, I sometimes worry about something exactly like that happening. Either with packages for delivery or for pickup. While I’ve never had it happen, it obviously does happen.
