I'm just getting started myself. My brother has been lending for about a year and has a bunch of tips on how to avoid beginner mistakes. We have started a blog with many of his lessons learned. Feel free to check it out (click on my name). Based on what I've seen, you are pretty lucky that your NC is still paying. Prosper is no longer allowing people to lend to NC borrowers because they are too high of a risk. I’m glad you have had such a good experience with Prosper. I’m just getting started myself.
