		<description>Thanks Raymond.  I'm definitely a little apprehensive about going through with this.. after all, I'm usually telling people to wait, not to buy a home just yet.

But I think as long as the market in your area is decent, and you're not stretching your budget to buy the most house you can, and you're happy to live there for awhile, then buying a house is a wonderful thing.  With any luck I'll be moved in by the middle of next month.  I'll make updates as they come along.</description>
