		<description>Thanks Raymond.  I&#039;m definitely a little apprehensive about going through with this.. after all, I&#039;m usually telling people to wait, not to buy a home just yet.

But I think as long as the market in your area is decent, and you&#039;re not stretching your budget to buy the most house you can, and you&#039;re happy to live there for awhile, then buying a house is a wonderful thing.  With any luck I&#039;ll be moved in by the middle of next month.  I&#039;ll make updates as they come along.</description>
