		<description>Yep, self employed folks face a bit more paperwork - I imagine they want all kinds of fun stuff to prove your income.  I didn't even bother including my business in my income - I qualified without it and didn't want to make it any harder than it needed to be.

I decided not to put any money down, except for the $1500 earnest money.  I know money down is a good idea, but there are a few things I'll need to buy right away ( fridge, etc ), so I'd rather preserve my cash for that.</description>
