Office Gifts

I work in a church office with 11 employees. Some of the staff give gifts at Christmas, others don’t. It can be somewhat awkward at times. So what my wife and I do is buy/prepare a nice lunch for the staff. We announce what day ahead of time; we set it up in the kitchen; we put a nice card saying “Merry Christmas to the Staff.” Everyone seems to appreciate it. They know we thought of them and care for them, and it allows us to show appreciation while at the same time saving the expense of buying individual gifts (and the problem of trying to figure out what to get people). It’s a win win.

What do you do for co-workers at Christmas? I would love to hear your ideas and suggestions.
