Odds and Ends
Sorry for the light blogging - or should I say nonexistent blogging. I have been sick for over a week. First the flu, then an upper respiratory infection. I am starting to get on the mend, but oh has the work piled up!
Also, a little before I got sick, I was tagged by Prince of Thrift. Basically I am supposed to tag someone else, actually 7 other people (which I am not going to do!), and also list 7 random facts about myself, which I will do:
- I love to play disc golf. There are some really nice free courses around here.
- I played French horn up through college (Marching Bands and Brass Ensembles).
- I had 3 piggy banks growing up - one for saving, one for giving, and one for spending.
- I was a Michigan Master Gardener (I let it expire since I now live in Pennsylvania).
- I like to camp, hike, enjoy the outdoors.
- I have a hammock which I enjoy taking summer Sunday naps on.
- I once got lost on the Appalachian Trail with some friends (we “rescued” ourselves after a day and night of being lost).
Well there you go! Since this post is a little light on the Financial Side I thought I would close with this thought: “ I have enough money to last me the rest of my life, unless I buy something.” Jackie Mason
