Sunday Thought 33

There will always be thieves taking advantage of others. Whether it’s through breaking and entering and stealing people’s possessions, or ripping them off through investment scams, people will steal from others. And at times it will appear that they are prospering. But only for a season.

We need to be vigilante and careful, but not live in fear. A day is coming when there will be no more wickedness.

Mark the blameless man, and behold the upright; for the man of peace will have a posterity. But transgressors will be altogether destroyed; the posterity of the wicked will be cut off. (Psalm 37:37-38)

The wicked earns deceptive wages, but he who sows righteousness gets a true reward. (Proverbs 11:18).
