Happy Labor Day Weekend! Today’s thought comes from Matthew 11:28-30
Come to me all who labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me. For I am gentle and humble in heart; and you shall find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my load is light.
Rest from our labors needs to be more than just physical rest, it also needs to be emotional and spiritual rest. I hope this holiday weekend we can find the rest, in all areas of our life, that we truly need.
