After my last post, I did a little more checking on Zillow.com , I thought I would see how the price compares to since I purchased the house. I am still doing okay – the value of the house is still higher than when I bought in 2004.
One of our readers mentioned that zillow can be quite volatile in its pricing, and I agree with that, especially in the short run. What I am looking for is trends – is my area trending up or down over the past year. So for me, zillow is okay as a barometer.
